Preparing for a ChurchSuite Small Groups Sync

Joyned can be synced with ChurchSuite Small Groups to automatically create Joyned chat Communities for each group and ensure all group details and member lists remain in sync. 

If your organisation is preparing to activate the sync function, below are a some steps your group leaders must take before the sync to make sure it is a success: 

1. Update your group members' email addresses: The new system will sync Joyned and ChurchSuite using members’ email addresses, so if you have not added email addresses for all your group members on ChurchSuite, please add any missing email addresses for your group on ChurchSuite. 
   
   
2. Let your group members know: Give your members a heads-up so they know to expect the Joyned invitation when sync is turned on. If you haven’t already, give a little context that CommunityLoop is a tool to help people get and stay connected and in the loop within your organisation.
