Please Note: Supercommunities can only be created and managed via the admin website. In order to create a Supercommunity, you must either:
First, log into your account on the joynedapp.com/admin portal.
In the left-hand menu, click “Communities”.
In the top right corner of the Communities view page, click on the + icon.
If you are an administrator for multiple Areas, you’ll need to select the appropriate organizational Area for your new Supercommunity by clicking the select button next to the appropriate Area. Alternatively, if you’d like to create a Supercommunity that is not within a specific Area, you can select "No Area".
In the “Community Details” section, make sure you select “Supercommunity” from the “type of Community” menu.

Finally, tap the “Create” button at the bottom of the screen. Your Community has now been created – the final step is to link it to its component “child” Communities.
Go back to the home page of my.joynedapp.com/admin, and in the left-hand menu, click on “Communities”.
Select the Community that you would like to add as a “child” under your new Supercommunity.
In the tabs across the top, select “Relationships”. This will display a list of all the existing child/parent relationships for that Community.
To add this Community to your new Supercommunity, click on the + sign in the top right of this screen.
In the new window that appears, click on the name of your new Supercommunity. You will now see this listed as a "Parent" in the Relationships chart.
Please note: You will need to repeat this process for each child Community you want to add to your new Supercommunity.
