Add sub-groups to a Supercommunity

Note: Supercommunities can only be created and managed via the admin website. In order to make changes to a Supercommunity, you must either: 

• Be the Owner of that Supercommunity
• Be an Organization Owner or Admin OR
• Have Supercommunity privileges for your organization (as assigned by an Owner or Admin)

Log in to my.joynedapp.com/admin/, and in the left-hand menu, click “Communities”. 

Select the Community that you would like to add as a “child” under your new Supercommunity. 

In the tabs across the top, select “Relationships”. This will display a list of all the existing child/parent relationships for that Community. 

To add this Community as a “child” under your new Supercommunity, click on the + sign in the top right of this screen. 

In the new window that appears, click on the name of your new Supercommunity. You will now see that your Supercommunity is listed as a Parent in the “Relationships” tab.

Note: You will need to repeat this process for each child Community you want to add to your new Supercommunity.
